Electrical & Control Specialists Ltd (ECS) was created in 1998 by Forges Tardieu Ltd and other partners after the restructuring of its sister company Tardieu Control Specialists (TCS) in operation since 1992.
The objective of the directors was to create a modern business structure to become a major stakeholder for emerging technologies in the region and beyond.
In addition to:

which were the main lines of activities of Tardieu Control Specialists; the following were integrated with the new partners and there experience:

In 2005 after a major reorganization of the owning companies, ECS
was totally acquired by Forges
Tardieu Ltd.
